L’art même is a four-monthly magazine published by the Direction des Arts plastiques contemporains of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. It was created in 1998 to support creation in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and to promote its richness and diversity to professionals at both the national and international levels.

The journalist and critic Clémentine Davin questions Alice Pallot about her photographic corpus Algues maudites realized in Toulouse.

Here is an excerpt: “Alice Pallot’s recent project highlights the consequences on the fauna and flora of a phenomenon sadly well known as the proliferation of green algae on the Breton coast, due to an intensification of agricultural production techniques initiated in the sixties”.
