When science and images warn us about ecological upheaval

To read without further delay, the CNRS article “When science and images alert on ecological upheavals”. The first two winners of the Photography and Science Prize: Richard Pak and Manon Lanjouère are currently exhibited at Stimultania (partner and co producer of the exhibition) from April 28 to September 16, 2023 in Strasbourg.

The Prix Photographie & Sciences created on the initiative of the Résidence 1+2 with the support of several partners (the Ministry of Culture, ADAGP, CNRS, Casden, Picto Fondation, and the magazines Fisheye and Science et Avenir / La Recherche), aims to help an artist complete a project that combines the two disciplines, and to encourage collaboration between photographers and scientists.

Photographers and scientists draw attention to contemporary and urgent issues.

Many thanks to Sébastien Chavigner for this article!
