The Résidence 1+2 is a festival of creative residencies combining photography and science based in Toulouse and Occitanie, with a European vocation.

Each year, the Résidence 1+2 gathers a trio associating three photographers (1 renowned photographer by invitation + 2 emerging photographers via a call for projects) for a two month residence. Living and working together, each resident creates a personal and original work in close collaboration with scientific institutions and researchers based in Toulouse and Occitanie.
